The Perfect Ending to a Brazilian BBQ Meal

I hope you still have room in your stomach after all that meat you cooked on the Churrasco Stove and Grill Top. No meal should go without the perfect ending. Its dessert time! I have a sweet tooth myself. I know I got it from my Grandma. My grandma was known for her cakes. And now she has a granddaughter me who has followed in her foot steps. I truly love my dessert courses, especially when eating out. Coconut Panna Cotta anyCoconut Panna Cottaone?

Many people when eating a huge feast like a Brazilian BBQ meal, many people feel too full to have room for dessert. I have just the perfect match, Coconut Panna Cotta, a glass of 2013 Inniskillin Riesling Ice Wine, and a Mocha Cappuccino. While this was the first ice wine I have ever tried, it truly was a gem. I really appreciated acidity of the wine after a meal full of red meat. It has a nice tropical aroma paired with layers of refreshing lemon and lime flavor. This wine paired with a nice, light and creamy coconut panna cotta or even a cheesecake is a match made in heaven.Brazilian BBQ Meal Dessert

We know Panna cottas for its cream and milk base, but I try and stay away from dairy for many reasons. But replacing coconut milk for the cream and milk makes for a lighter, airier panna cotta. Garnish the panna cotta with some coconut flakes and you will get a well-round and in-balance dessert. One with a smooth creaminess and a little toasted crunch of the coconut flake garnish. So next time you have some Brazilian BBQ, be sure to make or order a light panna cotta. Also order a mocha and a glass of ice wine. It will be a dessert course you will never forget.
