In this article, we are going to advise you to try fish on a skewer. As a lover of barbecues, I want to eat everything in a skewer and I assure you that a fish skewer is a delicacy of Gods. I assure you that in a skewer everything tastes much better.

Make a skewer with fish and another one with vegetables. They cook at different speeds so keep them on different skewers. On the fish skewer, any fish is delicious, but my favorite is swordfish. This fish is incredibly good grilled.

A Story Of Grilling Fish On Skewers

Now, I will tell you an anecdote, I got married in Ocean City, NJ and the menu of my wedding was skewers of swordfish and vegetables. At first everybody looked with a face of amazement and then when they tried it, everyone said, “Wow”. They were that good. Everybody congratulated us for choosing that menu. Also, for getting married in such a beautiful place.

Now for an expert tip to make the skewer look great. Take a skewer and put on any vegetables in the front and the back on either side of the piece of swordfish. 1 inch by 1 inch pieces of fish. Again, any vegetables will do to fill the skewer. Put it on the fire and then tell me what are you guys think about grilling fish on skewers. As good or better then meat?
