I am a fan of the Youtube Channel Epicurious. They cover some great Latin American recipes and chefs. Promoting Epicurious fits into my mission to promote Latin American BBQ in America. In this episode, Chef Lynne Gigliotti of The Culinary Institute of America demonstrates a recipe for Churrasco con Chimichurri (flank steak with herb sauce). It is a Churrascaria favorite here in America as well as Argentina.

The flank steak is very thin and takes on the flavors of the rub very well.   Then you can learn about using Parsley, Celantro, and Vinegar which are just some of the elements to make a traditional Chimichurri sauce. This cut of meat they really becomes addictive when left on the side of a good sauce.
